If the initial introductory lesson is free or part of a promotional offer, appropriate guidance will be provided to the family before the paid package begins.
Unused lesson rights are reviewed taking into account the payment method and campaign terms. Lessons already given for services that have already begun may be deducted from the refund account.
Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted through our support or contact channels, along with your order number.
